We normally process and ship our gas grill replacement parts within two business days of receipt of order. Most orders are shipped within one business day of ordering. Prompt processing and shipping of customer orders is our priority.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground service.  We process and ship from our warehouse location in St. Petersburg, Florida.  All our parts are warehoused there and shipped by our staff.

Our shipping system is coordinated and tied in with UPS World Ship so all customers will receive a UPS tracking notice with tracking number within 24 hours of their order being shipped. Customers will be able to track their order through UPS.com.

Sometimes the tracking notice email does not reach the customer due to spam blockers or a wrong email address provided to us.. You can request UPS tracking from us if you wish.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. We only ship to the "contiguous 48 United States." Sorry, we do not offer expedited shipping service - no Second Day Air, no Next Day Air. We do not provide international shipping, nor do we ship to Canada or Mexico.

We ship all orders for one low, flat rate shipping charge.

What We Sell:  We sell the popular replacement parts for the brands of gas grills listed on our website. All the parts we sell are shown or listed on our website. The parts carry a one year warranty.  We have no other parts to add to orders and no other parts available for sale. We offer shopping cart ordering - either by model number, by part number, or by descriptive, illustrated list of parts.  Because of our low prices, and low shipping charge per order, we reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
How To Order:  All orders are placed through our website: bbqparts.com.  Please use our online brand shopping carts for efficient order processing.  To maintain accounting and shipping accuracy, we do not combine orders or change quantities or change parts ordered after the shopping cart is closed out.  If you need to change or cancel, let us know as soon as possible and we will do out best to catch the order before shipping.

How To Pay: Orders can be charged to Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Sorry, we do not accept American Express, money orders, or checks.  Sorry, we do not accept PayPal.
Where We Ship: We only ship to 48 of the United States, the states sometimes referred to as the "lower 48." All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service ground service.
How We Ship:  There is one low, flat rate shipping charge per order - $9.89 per order.  We only ship to the lower 48 United States and only via UPS ground service.  We need a street address for the shipping address.  No PO Boxes.  Sorry, we are unable to combine orders nor can we add to orders after the shopping cart is charged and closed out.  Sorry, we do not offer customer pick up or returns at our warehouse.  We usually ship within one or two business days of the receipt of order.
Where We Are:  Our shipping and warehouse location is in St. Petersburg, Fl.  All parts orders are shipped from St. Petersburg, Fl.  We do not have a retail store.   And, sorry, we do not offer customer pick up or returns at our warehouse.
