|Our returns policy is simple. With 30
days of receipt of your order, you may return the bbq parts for a
full parts refund. Follow the steps numbered 1 to 5 below.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If you have a

|We do not process exchanges. If you
wish to get a different part from the one you received, return the
parts you purchased for a refund. Please place a new order for the
parts you want - this will give your new order a new customer
shopper I.D. tracking and get the new parts to you faster.
Please follow this procedure:
- Simply indicate the reason for the return.
- When we receive your return, we will issue credit to the credit card
used for your order. Please allow 10 days for processing of the credit
after we receive the return. We will email a copy of the credit.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip with your return. This
is important because the top of the packing list has your customer shopper
ID number (number starts with M and is followed by 5-digits). With
this information, we can look up your credit card information here and issue
credit. You do not need to include your credit card information with
the return shipment. If you do not have the packing list, please
include the customer shopper ID from your shipping label or original order
- Please allow 10 days for the return processing to be completed, and the
credit to be issued, and a hard copy of the credit mailed to you via U.S.
