Our Vintage Charbroil Factory and Aftermarket Parts Availability.

From the early 1970s through the early 2000s, we were a factory authorized Charbroil replacement parts dealer.  During that time, we accumulated a comprehensive inventory of Charbroil OEM burners, cook grids, rock grates, vapor bars, and other popular parts.  Then, in the 1980s, we began to add aftermarket Charbroil replacement parts from Modern Home Products and Music City Metals to our OEM inventory.  Most of these parts are still in stock in limited quantities.  Lots of these parts are no longer available from Charbroil.

If you are looking for a Charbroil part for a Charbroil grill made from 1970 to the early 2000s, we may have it available.  If we have it, it must be ordered by part number (either the Charbroil OEM part number or the aftermarket Modern Home Products or Music City Metals part number) through our Charbroil parts database below.

Precision Flame or Masterflame.  From approximately 1994 to now, the most popular Charbroil gas grills sold were either Masterflame or Precision Flame.  Look for either of these words - Masterflame or Precision Flame -- on the control panel or grill body.  Then confirm that designation by burner style - either U-Shaped or Bar Shaped as illustrated below.  These grills normally have the series number and the Masterflame or Precision Flame designation on the front control panel or owner's manual.  We have also included the dimension of the cooking area below to help you choose the correct series.

What We Sell:  We sell the popular replacement parts for the brands of gas grills listed on our website. All the parts we sell are shown or listed on our website. The parts carry a one year warranty.  We have no other parts to add to orders and no other parts available for sale. We offer shopping cart ordering - either by model number, by part number, or by descriptive, illustrated list of parts.  Because of our low prices, and low shipping charge per order, we reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
How To Order:  All orders are placed through our website: bbqparts.com.  Please use our online brand shopping carts for efficient order processing.  To maintain accounting and shipping accuracy, we do not combine orders or change quantities or change parts ordered after the shopping cart is closed out.  If you need to change or cancel, let us know as soon as possible and we will do out best to catch the order before shipping.

Where We Ship: We only ship to 48 of the United States, the states sometimes referred to as the "lower 48." All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service ground service.
How We Ship:  There is one low, flat rate shipping charge per order - $9.89 per order.  We only ship to the lower 48 United States and only via UPS ground service.  We need a street address for the shipping address.  No PO Boxes.  Sorry, we are unable to combine orders nor can we add to orders after the shopping cart is charged and closed out.  Sorry, we do not offer customer pick up or returns at our warehouse.  We usually ship within one or two business days of the receipt of order.
Where We Are:  Our shipping and warehouse location is in St. Petersburg, Fl.  All parts orders are shipped from St. Petersburg, Fl.  We do not have a retail store.   And, sorry, we do not offer customer pick up or returns at our warehouse.
