 9000 Masterflame Burners - Two Different Burners in Two Different Eras. Charbroil has used two different burners in their 9000 series grills. The difference is very hard to distinguish by sight. In 9000 series grills made before 1999, the burner part number is 4594652 and the distance between the venturi tube centers is 3 inches AND the collector box is triangular-shaped. In 9000 series grills made in 1999 and later, the distance between the venturi tube centers is 2 3/8 inches AND the collector box is square shaped. All the other parts we sell for the two grill series are exactly the same.

 We sell a kit for the Masterflame 2.5 Series Burners. This 4501543 kit includes four items: Collector Box (4501543)/recently using new Charbroil part number 4500208), Electrode 5156119, Igniter Wire with round connector ends to fit on the push button igniter and the tip of the electrode, and a screw to attach the collector box assembly to the Masterflame 2.5 burner. This kit does not include the push button - this can be added to your order separately by entering your part number from the owner's manual in our part numer look up on our website. Most models are using push button part number 4153713, 4153714, or new Charbroil part number 5156113. Check your parts list.

We offer the rock grate and the briquettes and lava rock below.
