The stainless steel cook grids are made of heavy-duty, high quality thick, stainless rod and are easy to clean. The "Sear Magic" grids are unique to the MHP grills - made aluminum with two cooking surfaces: one side for grilling and searing meat; the other side is flat for easy cooking of vegetables and seafood.
