In order to receive the correct warming rack or correct wheels for your Big Easy, you will need either the model number or the part number. How We Ship:  We ship orders from our in-stock inventory within 4 business days of receipt of order via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service from St. Petersburg, Florida. We do not ship via U.S. Mail.
