A note about us - our prices, our quality, and us.

Due to our low prices, we receive many email inquiries questioning the quality of our parts.  Why are your prices so low?  Is the parts quality good?

The answer is absolutely yes.  We believe the quality of the parts we sell is excellent.

We have been sourcing, stocking, and selling gas grill replacement parts for over 45 years.  During that time, we have identified the best quality suppliers and manufacturers... and we do business with them.

We started selling replacement parts over 45 years ago, in 1968, through the retail store of our propane gas business in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Then, realizing the nationwide demand for gas grill parts, we expanded our parts business in the 1980s to offer replacement parts direct to consumers through 800 toll-free numbers.

When the internet came along, we discontinued the 800 numbers to specialize in online sales.  We set up a website in 1996 to sell parts direct to consumers online.  Now, all our parts orders come through our website, BBQPARTS.com.

With our high sales volume, established supplier relationships, and streamlined and efficient order processing and shipping, we are able to provide quality replacement parts at low, low prices.

What We Sell:  We sell the popular replacement parts for the brands of gas grills listed on our website. All the parts we sell are shown or listed on our website. The parts carry a one year warranty.  We have no other parts to add to orders and no other parts available for sale. We offer shopping cart ordering - either by model number, by part number, or by descriptive, illustrated list of parts.  We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
How To Order:  All orders are placed through our website: bbqparts.com.  Please use our online brand shopping carts for efficient order processing.  To maintain accounting and shipping accuracy, we do not combine orders or change quantities or change parts ordered after the shopping cart is closed out.  If you need to change or cancel, let us know as soon as possible and we will do out best to catch the order before shipping.

How To Pay: Orders can be charged to Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Sorry, we do not accept American Express, money orders, or checks.  Sorry, we do not accept PayPal.
Where We Ship: We only ship to 48 of the United States, the states sometimes referred to as the "lower 48." All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service ground service.
How We Ship:  There is one low, flat rate shipping charge per order - $8.89 per order.  We only ship to the lower 48 United States and only via UPS ground service.  We need a street address for the shipping address.  No PO Boxes.  Sorry, we are unable to combine orders nor can we add to orders after the shopping cart is charged and closed out.  We have no local pick up.  We usually ship within two business days of the receipt of order.
Where We Are:  Our shipping and warehouse location is in St. Petersburg, Fl.  All parts orders are shipped from St. Petersburg, Fl.  We do not have a retail store and do not offer customer pickup at our warehouse.
